As you may or may not have heard, the ancient Mayans predicted that tomorrow will be the last day any of us get to enjoy anything Earthly ever again, forever, seriously. So, enjoy life while you can. To this end, Zach H and Trashvortex of Seoul’s Silk/Juice crew have mined the darker side of their tastes and stitched together a 75 minute soundtrack for our collective trip to hell tomorrow. Featuring tracks like ‘The Dread of an Unknown Evil,’ ‘Horror Vacui’ and ‘Last Sunset On Planet Earth’ as well as artists such as DJ Hell, Dark Sky and Britney Spears, we’re pretty sure the theme will be aptly apocalyptic.
To make sure we all go out with a bang, will be throwing a party this Friday (2012.12.21) at Cakeshop in Itaewon along with DJs Dambi and Deero from Seoul’s Project Outings. They promise the beats will be bouncy, joyful and only a wee bit apocalyptic.
