August was full of surprises this year, including a seemingly endless heat wave, an unseasonably late monsoon season and “the strongest storm of the decade” that puttered out into nothing more than a windy day.  The weather made for some fantastic sunset and sky shots this month and those who weren’t in Seoul snapped some great travel photos!

It was tough to pick a winner for this month’s summer/travel/vacation themed #chinchagram contest but this awesome photo taken in Taiwan by @maddymadmad summed up what summer’s all about: relaxing in the sun.

The weather should be cooling off and drying up during September making it the perfect time to be outside!  September’s theme will be “Street Food” so whether you’re sitting outside your favorite mart or snagging some snacks from a food truck or pojangmacha, snap a photo and tag it with #chinchagram and you could be next month’s winner!  To get you ready, here’s a great street food shot from @spenserford:
